One week is down in the books for this year’s Sugar Momma Challenge™! How you guys doing? Our free IgniteGirls community Facebook group has been on fire! I love all of the recipes, food ideas, before pictures and support you have been sharing. I also check in daily to answer any questions you might have.


And because two of my FAVORITE THINGS EVER were made into a national holiday yesterday (ahem, coffee + ice cream = National Coffee Ice Cream Day) I, of course, had to come up with a sugar-free alternative so we could be part of the fun too. If you’ve been following me on Instagram for awhile, you know I love a good coffee post. ☕🍦☕🍦☕

What better way to celebrate then with a protein-packed, coffee-inspired ice cream

Sugar Free Coffee Ice Cream Protein Smoothie

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Add liquid for a spiel smoothie OR just use a splash of milk and mash ingredients together with a spoon for an ice cream. I started with a spoon and as it melted a bit ended up using a straw. Next time I’ll just mash the ingredients together in a bowl.
