In this episode of Literally First Class, Keri and her partner Jake Kauffman talk about the launch of his most recent book ‘Let Love In’. Jake details the writing process, the hardest and easiest parts, and the experiences during this journey. Jake shares that because he has more of a calm, slow-paced way of working, publishing a book was somewhat challenging for him.
With this work, Jake has learned that less is more. Usually, people that describe themselves as high performers tend to get more stressed and overwhelmed with the “go-go-go” mentality. According to him, going slow, cultivating peace of mind, and prioritizing well-being are the ideal combinations for being successful in all areas of life.
In addition, they talk about the differences and similarities between being anxious and being excited. There is a fine line between these two, and it is important to identify each one in the body. Tune in to learn more!
