In this episode of Literally First Class podcast, Keri talks about setting boundaries for yourself. It’s fundamental to be mindful of your time and energy and selective about what you pay attention to. Especially for entrepreneurs, time is your most valuable asset, and you don’t owe anyone your time.
It’s not just a matter of organization and having a structure. Being picky about who gets the chance to have your attention is also a matter of protecting your peace of mind. Many times we are influenced by other people’s energy. Keri encourages you to find out where your energy leaks are
An important part of this process is communicating your boundaries to your clients, partner, or co-workers. Openly let them know what you are willing to do or not, and don’t be afraid to say no. These limits are not only necessary but also an act of self-love.
