Suddenly, you’re thinking about solutions and not struggles. You’re thinking about that no matter what goes wrong, you’ll be okay. And you’ll always think your way out of that box.
Maybe a big fear of yours has come true and you’re terrified it will happen again, so let’s hold space for that. You now have proof of your resiliency and chances are it won’t happen again because you know your way out of that box already.
